When my wife and I moved back to our home state of Minnesota we purchased a 1956 single owner fixer upper. Over the next decade we peeled wallpaper, pulled up carpets, restored wood paneling, vaulted ceilings and much much more. By far my most ambitious design project, it taught me that believeing in the power of my own vision and abilities to excute will be tested but the journey getting there will be the lasting reward.
